I’m an experienced user researcher studying how people interact with online technology.
I’m passionate about helping organisations develop effective digital design through an understanding of people’s needs and experiences. Currently, I work in UK and international user experience (UX) research.
With a background in public engagement and participatory design, I’m confident working with a wide range of people. I enjoy combining my skills in research methods, communication and collaboration to solve problems. My approach is grounded in social science training, drawing on anthropology and human centred design.
In addition to my work in technology, I have proven experience in user research and participatory design for spaces and services.
